During my various consulting roles and self-interest projects, I have had exposure to the following areas

  • CRM Analytics (Data mining and predictive modeling, Response modeling, RFM analysis, CLV, DB marketing)
  • Marketing Analytics (Market-mix modeling, Test/Control Design, Customer Segmentation, Campaign measurement – test/control and pre-post analysis)
  • Online Analytics (Use of Behavioral Targeting, A/B Testing, MVT to deliver bottom-line impact, Textual Analytics for Social media sentiment analysis)
  • Supply Chain Analytics (Loss Prevention Analytics, Route optimization, Labour optimization)
  • Sustainability Analytics (No projects yet – but passionate about this area)
