1. Product and Pricing Sr. Advisor – LATAM Enterprise Pricing -11001B7F: The Sr Advisor Pricing role is largely operational and manages pricing related activities on a daily basis. As a pricer, you will be responsible for the pricing of a particular Line of Business (LOB).
Key responsibilities: Partner with regional counterpart in all aspects of pricing/costing and profitability; Identify problems and develop innovative solutions proactively; Own customer interface (communication, delivery, quality, value proposition, escalation) Mandatory Skills: Proj Mgmt; Strong analytical and critical thinking with problem solving ability; Excellent customer handling skills; Knowledge of SQL/SAS/Others or strong ability to conceptualize and develop tools with data analysts
2. Metrics and Reporting Advisor – 11000S3D
Experience required: 6+ years working experience required; MBA a Plus; Be hands on, a do-er with analytical skills; Strong analysis and analytics experience; Good communicator; Technically oriented; Ability to reconcile divergent demands of multiple parties; Ability to act as a business partner in support of your business units; Ability to work effectively with senior management; Ability to prioritize requirements from multiple sources while setting clear expectations of deliverables to all; Comfortable drawing conclusions on the basis on incomplete data. Technical Skills: Strong Program and Project Management; PMP Certification a Plus;
3. Business Analysis Sr. Analyst – 11001CB1: Manage key business deliverables for internal Dell stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Undertake analysis as requested by the business including for customer behaviour, purchase behavior, online traffic, customer pathing, abandonment etc; Undertake analysis of key online demand generation vehicles, ROI, ROAS, Search performance etc; Undertake Beta testing, conceive and develop new test ideas etc; Be accountable for complete delivery of work within a key Business Area; The candidate should have had exposure to key analytical tools/ databases such as MS Excel, SAS, BO, MS SQL, MS Access etc; Any exposure to e-Commerce, Search and/or Online support will be highly valued – knowledge of key online analytical processes and tools such as Beta Testing, Visual Sciences, Omniture, Offermatica etc will be an added plus
4. Business Analysis Sr. Advisor – Business / Market Intelligence -110011UX: Design, drive and implement Dell Services external market analysis to support RTB & CTB (Run / Change the Business) operations of the Customer (Product Management team)
Key Responsibilities: Develop and Maintain a Market Sizing model; Develop and Maintain a WAPP Pricing model; Develop and Maintain a Delivery Costing Benchmark Model Required Skills: Market Intelligence/Consulting driving analysis for Technology Services; Secondary Research & Primary Research; Presentation skills (PowerPoint); Advanced Excel (including Pivot tables, Lookups, Macros, etc); Structured approach towards problem solving; Strong Analytical skills; Excellent communication skills; Attention to detail; Strong business documentation skills
5. Advisor – Product Configuration and Marketing Analytics-11000DFY:
Key responsibilities: Have a good demostrated knowledge of the ABU Enterprice product market. Atleast 12 months of playing a similar role will be a big advantage; Partner with regional counterpart in all aspects of pricing/costing and profitability; Resolve ad hoc analysis requests; Build business domain, identify problems and develop innovative solutions proactively; Own customer interface (communication, delivery, quality, value proposition, escalations)
